This exciting 13-week travel contract offers the opportunity to work in a renowned cancer center, supporting exceptional patient care and utilizing state-of-the-art technology.

Specialty : Medical Physicist (Allied)

Location : Cumming, GA 30041

Shift Details:

• Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
• 8-hour days
• Guaranteed 40 hours per week

Assignment Highlights:

• Start Date : February 3, 2025
• End Date : May 3, 2025
• Daily OT after 24 hours and weekly OT after 40 hours (based on multiplier)
• Competitive pay (negotiable during pricing discussions)
• Type : Travel position

Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate delivery of radiation treatments.
• Perform routine and complex quality assurance on treatment equipment.
• Collaborate with the oncology team to plan, assess, and monitor treatment regimens.

Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Medical Physics or related field.
• Certified in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR).
• ABR-certified or ABR-eligible.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical physics.
• AHA BLS certification required.
• No local candidates within 50 miles of the facility.
