Compensation and Schedule

Salary: $75k - 110k (DOE)

Schedule:

• Monday: 8:30 AM - 11:30 AM and 1:30 PM - 4:30 PM.
• Tuesday/Thursday: 8:30 AM - 11:30 AM and 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM.
• Wednesday/Friday: 8:30 AM - 12:30 PM.
• Opportunity to extend practice hours in the future with additional assistance.

Position Overview

Wheeler Staffing Partners is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Chiropractor for a family clinic in New Mexico. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established practice with a strong referral base, offering mentorship and a complete book of business. The clinic specializes in treating a wide range of patients, including geriatric, pediatric, and pre/postnatal populations. This contract position offers competitive daily compensation with potential bonuses and benefits.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with patients to gather information about injuries and identify health concerns.
• Conduct detailed assessments of patients' physical condition and lifestyle.
• Utilize diagnostic tools such as x-rays or ultrasounds to gain deeper insights into a patient’s condition.
• Administer treatments, including spinal manipulation, adjustments, massage, and hot/cold compress therapies.
• Provide patients with personalized advice on lifestyle improvements, encompassing nutrition, exercise plans, and stretches.
• Maintain meticulous records of patient information, documenting conditions and care provided.
• Stay abreast of developments in chiropractic care by attending conferences and workshops.
• Refer patients to other healthcare professionals or specialists when necessary.

Qualifications

• Possess a Doctorate of Chiropractic degree.
• Experience: At least 1+ year preferred; will consider new graduates.
• Licensing: Must have an active New Mexico DC license.
• Experience writing treatment plans and presenting financials to patients.
• Ability to handle drop and diversified techniques.
• Strong communication and active listening skills to build rapport with patients.
• Comprehensive knowledge of neuromusculoskeletal injuries, conditions, and treatments.
• Familiarity with corrective exercises, myofascial release, pediatric care, physiotherapy, pre/postnatal care, geriatric care, sports therapy, cupping, and active decompression therapy.
