Account Manager
Summary:
We are seeking a self-motivated Account Manager to join our team in Bellaire! This role focuses on selling IT consulting and Talent Acquisition solutions for Fortune 500 companies globally. We have an established and strong recruiting engine that will support you as you get ramped up.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, email outreach, and leveraging referrals.
- Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their unique needs, and delivering customized TA and consulting solutions.
- Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and execute a sales plan to achieve or exceed revenue targets, leveraging market knowledge and insights.
- Presentation & Negotiation: Conduct client presentations, product demonstrations, and proposal discussions with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Account Management: Ensure a seamless transition for new clients, maintaining strong relationships and identifying opportunities for additional services or upselling.
- Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to position our services effectively.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of sales experience, ideally in IT consulting, B2B, or related industries.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, PR, or Communications preferred
- Proven ability to sell into mid to enterprise markets and meet or exceed sales quotas.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present to C-level stakeholders.
- Self-starter with a hunter mentality and a passion for driving new business opportunities.
- Must be based in the Houston area and able to travel locally for client meetings as needed.
