Business Development Manager Responsibilities:
- Research and target businesses that would benefit from LaSalle Network's staffing and recruiting services
- Build trust and partnerships with key decision-makers through discovery conversations and tailored solutions.
- Create and execute sales strategies to achieve and surpass revenue goals
- Partner with internal recruiting teams to ensure seamless communication and delivery of services to clients
- Consistently achieve sales goals through proactive outreach, including phone calls, meetings, and client presentations
- Make a tangible difference by connecting companies with exceptional talent and driving growth in the Chicagoland area
Business Development Manager Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in business development or sales, ideally in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
- Experience in the staffing industry is highly preferred
- A knack for building trust, rapport, and long-term partnerships
- A proven ability to meet or exceed ambitious sales targets
- Strong verbal and written skills, with confidence in face-to-face meetings
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and eager to make an impact
- Enthusiasm for working onsite with a collaborative team (Monday-Thursday in-office; remote flexibility on Fridays)
