About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate and talented Sous Chef to join our dynamic culinary team. As a key member of our kitchen, you will play a vital role in ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality food to our guests.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Executive Chef in all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, and order placement.
• Supervise and train kitchen staff, including line cooks, prep cooks, and dishwashers.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment.
• Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Assist with inventory control and cost management.
• Execute exceptional on-site catered events.
• Be a strong team player and effectively communicate with all levels of staff.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Sous Chef in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Strong culinary skills and a passion for fresh, seasonal ingredients.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proven record of executing private events.
