We're seeking PREP COOKS who share our work ethic, our sense of family, and a commitment to delivering exceptional experiences to our guests.

Responsibilities Include...

• Setting up and stocking all stations with necessary supplies for service
• Preparing all food for service including sauce production, hand-made pastas, butchering and braising
• Maintaining a clean work environment with a focus on food safety, attention to recipe details, and completing prep lists in the most efficient manner possible
• Stocking product and organizing the walk-in with FIFO standards

The right candidate will have...

• Experience in food preparation for a fine dining, high-volume restaurant
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills and the ability to multitask.
• Ability to stand or walk for long periods of time
