Leveraging a Transactional Volume exceeding $50B+, we benchmark clients' procurement information against industry standards, guiding them in answering critical procurement questions and achieving purchasing and savings goals with precision.This position is based out of our New London, CT office on a hybrid basis. We are unable to provide sponsorship for work authorization.Your Impact:We are looking for a Client Manager who will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing customer relationships. You will manage accounts in conjunction with the Sales team, as well as create reports, presentations and marketing materials, and be a key piece in a team driven culture. This position moves quickly and requires strong interpersonal skills, organization, and attention to detail. Additionally, we seek a great communicator who has the ability to welcome challenges, thrive in a small team environment, and who is eager to learn new skills.Manage period bids for customersProcessing information requests from customersCoordinate and present webinars for potential and existing customersPerform sales analysisEstablish and deepen relationships with clients by understanding their business objectives and providing exemplary support as their primary contact within InsideTrackConduct on-going meetings and calls to communicate frequently with customers on updates, information, concerns and opportunitiesProactively anticipate customer needs and identify any potential issues. Create recommendations and facilitate action for resolutionIdentify opportunities for potential up sell of Platform servicesOrganize and conduct on-boarding of customers. See through the initial introduction until customer is completely set up within the systemManage upwards of 30-40 customer accounts on ongoing basisTrack follow up for any customer involved meetings and keep internal systems and databases up-to-date with customer informationMarket new programs and services to customersMust be comfortable being the point person for customer and internal departmentsProcure, organize, and disperse dataHave full understanding of InsideTrack interaction with Platform brandsBe available to travel to visit clients face to faceTrack all client activity and opportunities in SalesforceAbout You:4-year Bachelors' degree or relevant experience requiredEfficient, detail oriented, and well organizedExcellent computer skills, including expertise with MS Excel and PowerPointAble to organize and manage sales informationAbility to learn new technologies quicklyWorkflow status and managementPerform initial data analyses and comparisonsHave strong communication and relationship management skillsExcel in explaining complex information in ways that are easy to understand.Want to be part of a small team that's motivated by helping others and serving the best interests of our customersLike to work hard and have a thirst for knowledge with a "do what it takes" attitudeCrave an environment where you can develop professionally and personallyFood service industry experience a plusPast experience related to customer service or project management helpfulDon't meet every requirement mentioned here?
