Office Assistant/Receptionist experience? PrideStaff on behalf of a client located in Coral Springs is seeking an experienced and reliable
Receptionist who will perform general office support and a variety of clerical task. The ideal candidate must be able to excel with time management skills to thrive in this fast pace environment!!
Responsibilities: - Receive, sort and forward incoming mail, publications and small packages including retrieving and distributing mail from outside
- Maintain safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Preparing snacks, coffee/tea orders, monthly Birthday Cakes, Office supplies inventory and ordering, organizing small business lunches
- Hands on experience with office equipment (i.e. copy machines and printers)
- Plan and schedule appointments and events
- Greet and assist onsite guests
- Answer inbound telephone calls and answering client inquiries
- Perform all other office tasks
Qualifications: - Proven work experience as a receptionist, front office representative or similar role
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Strong organizational skills
- Customer service experience is a MUST
Must be able to submit to a background check and a drug screen
