**Job Title: Warehouse Worker****Job Description**We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for staging ingredients, ensuring proper labeling, and maintaining a clean and safe work area. You will also operate equipment, perform departmental checks, complete paperwork, and participate in continuous improvement projects.**Responsibilities**+ Stage ingredients according to company processes and formula specifications.+ Ensure proper ingredient labeling procedures are followed.+ Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary work area.+ Properly use equipment such as forklifts, stackers, and electric hand jacks.+ Perform all required departmental checks.+ Complete all paperwork timely and efficiently.+ Participate in Continuous Improvement projects and processes.+ Assist in the yearly GFSI/FSSC22000 audit and in developing procedures & corrective actions.+ Follow all good manufacturing practices (GMPs).+ Fax, copy, and file paperwork.+ Pick product from mixers on the production line according to work orders.+ Set up product for the production line mixer & production line for 2nd & 1st shift.+ Enter data for all product moves.+ Load all product on electrical pallet jacks.+ Bring product to production lines throughout the facility.+ Load product into the freezer for shipment.+ Lift buckets of product up to 50 lbs.**Essential Skills**+ High School Diploma or GED, or equivalent experience.+ Forklift/Pallet Jack experience preferred.+ Ability to troubleshoot issues with little supervision.+ Work independently.+ Proven ability to read, write, and communicate in English.+ Basic math skills.+ Professional, articulate, and tactful communication skills.+ Self-motivated individual.**Additional Skills & Qualifications**+ Experience in a warehouse or production environment.+ Knowledge of good manufacturing practices (GMPs).**Why Work Here?**Enjoy free cakes and be part of a team that values continuous improvement and personal development. Employees must wear hair nets, lab coats, and beard guards if applicable. Masks are required for all positions.
