CareStar an established leader in the home and community-based healthcare industry in Ohio and Indiana is looking for a Customer Service Representative to providing effective customer service to both internal and external customers by utilizing in-depth knowledge of company functions and community resources.
Qualified candidates will have the following knowledge and experience:

1. High School Graduate or GED equivalent
2. At least one year experience in telephone customer service (multi-line, high call volume) preferred.
3. Ability to provide excellent customer service independently and as part of a team.
4. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize projects and attend to details.
5. Proficient computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office programs.
