A leading company is seeking a Parts Specialist to join their team. This role is crucial in providing exceptional service to customers by identifying and quoting spare parts, processing orders, and maintaining accurate account information. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This role is onsite in Irving, Texas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in identifying and quoting spare parts.
• Process incoming quotes and orders from direct sales customers.
• Update account information and enter new customer data into the system.
• Handle order processing, including quoting, order entry, P.O. receiving, and invoice processing.
• Facilitate return authorizations for customers.
• Process credit card purchases via an online credit card system.
• Provide outstanding customer service through phone calls, emails, and internal request systems.
• Follow up on open quotes and orders daily.
• Upload and maintain customer accounting documents.
• Generate continuous reports using internal systems and Excel.
• Communicate effectively with overseas factories to support USA customers.
• Support regional Service and Sales teams.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university.
• Strong mechanical aptitude to understand part and electrical drawings.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Proficient in customer service phone skills.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with SAP and CRM systems is preferred.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize workloads in a fast-paced environment.
• Focused, detail-oriented, and efficient.
