  • Facility: Healthpark Medical Center
  • Cross Credentialing Facilities: Healthpark, Lee Memorial Hostial, Coconut Point, and Cape Coral
  • Start Date: Upon credentialing
  • Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days
  • Length of Shift: 5x8's or 4x10's
  • No call requirement
