Certification Details PALS BLS Job Details Facility: Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center ID Need: RN Shift: 7:00PM - 7:00AM with rotating weekends Unit: PICU Start: ASAP Length of Assignment: 13 weeks Location: Idaho Falls Idaho Address: 3100 Channing Way Patient Ratios: 1:2 (sometimes 3 if they are step down patients or Peds patients) Unit staffing description: RN’s only – no CNA’s or Unit Secretary Type of equipment: Ventilators, central lines, art lines, alaris pumps Documentation system: Meditech Scheduling requirements: schedule 1 month at a time Floating policy: will float to other units if PICU is low census Weekend Requirement: 50% weekends depending on needs Patient Experience requirements: looking for previous PICU experience, trauma & burn preferred Job Requirements Must have advanced skills: experience with ventilators, high flow, chest tubes, IV placement, experience with central lines, urinary catheter placement, NG placement, trach care Certifications Required: PALS, BLS Schedule Information Shift: rotating Scheduling requirements: schedule 1 month at a time Weekend Requirement: 50% weekends depending on needs Unit Specific Information Number of Beds: 6 Cost Center: 645 Unit: PICU Dress Code: Navy blue scrubs, can wear a pediatric friendly top Unit Guidelines/Policies: Please attach unit specific policies and guidelines.
