Certification Details BLS Wisconsin State RN License Job Details The Registered Nurse is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for an identified group of patients in an inpatient environment. Demonstrates competency in delivery of care to a primarily adult population. Analyzes assessment data to determine diagnoses or issues and develops individualized care plans. Contributes to a work environment conducive to the education of healthcare professionals. Uses creativity and innovation in nursing practice to improve care delivery. Job Requirements Clinical competence and experience in the care and management of target patient populations specific to area of employment.
