Certification Details BLS (AHA) ACLS (AHA) Job Details IMMEDIATE NEED FOR CVT in NEUROINTERVENTIONAL PROCEDURES MUST HAVE MINIMUM 2 YEARS' EXPERIENCE IN MEDIUM TO LARGE SIZED FACILITIES WITH HIGH ACUITY PATIENT FLOW Technologist would work with a team consisting of a Physician, RN and XR Techs; 1-2 cases per day in a Neuro-Interventional suite performing catheter-based angiography to treat various neurologic abnormalities (adult and pediatric) May float to Cath Lab Job responsibilities would normally include scrubbing and monitoring cases; radiological maneuvering, operating radiologic and monitoring equipment; inputting data into monitors with detailed analysis of findings, assisting coworkers in these functions, operating specialized equipment and assisting physicians in using said equipment during the procedures, plus supplies management. Job Requirements Registration from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT (R) and/or Registration from the Cardiovascular Credentialing International (RCIS - Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist) BLS (AHA) and ACLS (AHA) certification required MUST have certification and education as described on job presentation Schedule Information If the work week contains a holiday, the traveler is responsible for arranging any make up hours (within available schedule needs) DURING that week to receive guaranteed pay "Call" shifts will be required, 10-12 days per month Call would consist of eve/night call during the week and 24 hr call during the weekend Unit Specific Information Experience with Phillips' XR equipment strongly preferred EPIC and MAC Lab experience strongly preferred Additional Details Safety Sensitive position: Safety Sensitive Under the Oklahoma Medical Marijuana Use and Patient Protection Act (OMMA), is defined as any job that includes tasks or duties that the employer believes could affect the safety and health of the employee performing the task or others.
