KINBER is seeking a Senior Accountant to oversee all aspects of financial accounting and fiscal grant administration. The Senior Accountant will manage financial compliance, prepare finical reports, perform account reconciliations, and assist with record keeping and reporting for other related funding streams. Additionally, the Senior Accountant will oversee fiscal sponsorships and monitor budgets for grant-funded projects. The successful candidate will adopt a collaborative approach and effectively utilize technology to drive improvements and achieve organizational goals. The ideal candidate is an analytical thinker with a proven ability to build strong relationships and deliver results.

Senior Accountant Position Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
A minimum of five years of experience with accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
Demonstrated project management experience with attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across departments
Experience with fiscal grant management, a plus but not required
Proficiency with technology including Microsoft 365 office suite including Excel, required; Aptitude for utilizing and employing technology, strongly preferred
Demonstrated community involvement, preferred
