As the Vice President of Home Health Operations, you will lead our startup operations in New Mexico. You will build operations from the ground up, cultivating a thriving culture, and making a lasting impact as the first hire in this exciting new market. You will establish branch operations, ensure regulatory compliance, manage resources, and be a champion for the organization's mission. In this role, you will:
Lead Operations: Oversee service delivery, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, accreditation standards, and alignment with agency goals.
Build and Develop Teams: Hire, train, and empower staff to deliver exceptional care and customer service.
Optimize Finances: Establish and manage budgets, monitor performance, and achieve financial goals.
Foster Collaboration: Act as a key liaison to internal and external stakeholders including staff, leadership, governing board, referral sources, state policymakers, professional advisory groups, clients, families, and other community partners.
Promote Quality Care: Ensure client services meet the highest standards and align with clinical best practices.
Elevate Awareness: Represent the organization through community education, marketing, and participation in service-related activities.
Qualifications
3+ years healthcare leadership experience
Bachelor’s degree in a health or human services field preferred
RN preferred

Location and Travel Requirements
This is an on-site position at our Albuquerque, New Mexico office. This role requires regular partial to full day travel regionally, as well as occasional travel to branch/office locations in other states.
Compensation
The anticipated salary range is $90,000 to $110,000, plus eligibility for annual incentive target.
