*School Psychologist Opportunity in Ramona, CA| Flexible School Schedule & Competitive Pay!*

Covelo Group is seeking a dedicated and experienced School Psychologist to join our Educational Services team in Ramona, CA!

In this role, you will be at the forefront of promoting the mental health and well-being of students, supporting teachers and administrators, and fostering strong relationships with families.

*As a School Psychologist, you will:*
* Work directly with students to develop or improve communication skills, mediate conflict resolution, promote positive peer relationships, and prevent bullying and violence.
* Perform psychological and/or academic assessments and recommend interventions to support students’ mental, emotional, and behavioral health in a learning environment
* Identify at-risk students and provide crisis prevention strategies as needed.
* Connect families with community resources and coordinate outside services when appropriate.

*Qualifications for this School Psychologist position include:*
* Bachelor’s degree in a related field from an accredited university.
* Master of Education (MEd) in School Psychology from an accredited university approved by the National Association of School Psychologists (NASP).
* Prior psychology experience in a school setting is preferred but not required.
* Current California license to practice as a school psychologist.
* Nationally Certified School Psychologist (NCSP) credential through the National Association of School Psychologists (NASP).
