*Clinical Magnet, a division of ICON Medical Network*, has a need for an *Associate Dentist* with a well-established DSO. Located in *Highland Heights, KY! Only 10 min from Cincinnati, OH!*
* Join 2 Dentists in a busy practice
* *4 day work week!*
* Major PPO
* *6 month daily guarantee with 35% collections*

*Duties*
* Perform thorough patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
* Conduct a variety of dental procedures including but not limited to dental extractions, root canal therapy, and preventive care.
* Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and clinic protocols.
* Utilize dental terminology effectively while communicating with patients and staff.
* Implement infection control protocols to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.
* Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to enhance patient experience and clinic efficiency.
* Stay updated on the latest advancements in dentistry, including pediatric dentistry practices.
* Utilize electronic health record systems such as Epic for managing patient information.

*Qualifications*
* Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
* Valid state dental license with no restrictions.
* Experience in pediatrics is preferred but not required.
* Strong knowledge of dental terminology and procedures.
* Familiarity with medical documentation practices and HIPAA compliance.
* Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients.
* Commitment to continuing education and professional development in the field of dentistry.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $190,000.00 - $260,000.00 per year
