*Job Description:*
* Conduct thorough evaluations of patients’ physical conditions, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement therapeutic interventions in an outpatient setting.
* Provide hands-on treatment, including manual therapy and therapeutic exercises, to improve patients' functional abilities.
* Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to achieve optimal outcomes.
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
* Educate patients and their families on prevention techniques, proper body mechanics, and self-care strategies.

*Qualifications:*
* Current Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of practice.
* Experience in an outpatient setting is preferred, but not required.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and clinical skills.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
* A passion for patient care and improving patient outcomes.
