*MedAdventures* is looking for a compassionate *Women's Health Nurse Practitioner *that has a passion for serving the underprivileged and unrepresented in the *La Grande, OR* community.

This is a DIRECT HIRE job.

*Responsibilities of the Women's Health Nurse Practititioner:*

* Collaborate with the medical director and supervising physician to deliver primary care commensurate with training to patients
* Deliver care appropriate for an out-patient, primary care community health center with a multicultural, multilingual patient population

*Qualifications of the Women's Health Nurse Practitioner:*

* Prior experience in Women's Health
* Relevant Master’s degree
* Current Texas valid professional license to practice in respective field
* Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross

*Compensation:*

* Very competitive total compensation opportunity (140k+)
* RVU production bonus opportunity based on annual threshold
* Quality incentives up to $12,500 annually
* Commencement bonus of $20,000
* $8,000 annual CME, licensing, dues, subscription + paid CME time

*Facility Info:*

* Outpatient Rural Health Clinic
* Four 10-hour days per week
* Average 13-17 patients per day
* Scribe provided for providers that average 15+ patients per day
* Behavioral health and lab on site
* 30+ exam rooms
* 1:16 call; phone call only
