*Duties*
- Perform dental hygiene services and procedures, including dental prophylaxis, scaling, fluoride treatments, and root planning
- Conduct patient assessments and formulate individualized dental hygiene care plans
- Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques, dental care, and plaque control programs
- Maintain and update patient dental records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Assist dentists during dental procedures as needed
- Ensure adherence to infection control protocols and standards in the dental office
- Utilize knowledge of medical terminology, Epic, and CAD systems for efficient patient care

*Requirements*
- Valid Dental Hygienist license in the state of practice
- Proficiency in dental assisting techniques and procedures
- Knowledge of medical coding related to dental services
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and maintaining patient confidentiality
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with patients and staff members
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
