_*This is a 13-week contract with option of temp to perm *_
* 40 hours week
* 2 evenings per week to 7/730pm
* 13- week contract with option to extend or temp to perm
* Possible float to other clinics within reasonable distance (will not float same day)
* 11-13 patients/day

*Local payrate: $65/hour depending on experience *
