HealthPro Heritage has a great Full-Time Salaried Area Team Lead Physical Therapist Home Health Opportunity in the Wallingford, CT area.

• Must be a licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Connecticut!

• Setting: Oversee a geographical area consisting of: Cheshire, Southington, Wolcott, Prospect, Meriden, Wallingford for all geriatric home health needs!

• Responsibilities: Agency liason regarding clinical needs, supervision of geographical clinical team (PTA/OT/COTA/SLP), monitor and generate volume for the geographical area!

• Perks: Manage your own territory, high earning potential, 1 of only 3 positions available!

• Salaried position starting at $100,000 per year plus earning incentives. Mileage reimbursement included!
