Elizabeth Seton is seeking a fulltime RN or LPN to join our team working 11pm-7am, 40 hours per week. We have a low staffing ratio of staff-to-residents that you won't find at other facilities!

*Responsibilities*
* Provide comprehensive patient care, ensuring comfort and safety.
* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, adhering to HIPAA regulations.
* Maintain accurate medical documentation and records.
* Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
* Educate patients and their families on health management and recovery processes.
* Monitor patient progress and report any changes to the medical team.

*Requirements*
* Must hold a valid MA LPN or RN license, in good standing.
* Excellent communication skills required.
* Experience in geriatrics preferred.
* Knowledge of PCC is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $32.00 per hour
