Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) needed for an multispecialty group and hospital setting focused on a combination of Breast Wellness supporting breast surgeons and ObGyn. Job Function:

Seeking an experienced mid-level provider (NP/PA) to join our group, providing high quality outpatient care
Monday-Friday schedule, 8-4:30 no nights or weekends
Treat office-based ObGyn patients as well as support Breast Surgeons by treating outpatient breast wellness patients
Create treatment plans, and involve patients and family members in those plans
Collaborate on improvement in care delivery and service with management, other physicians and staff

Job Requirements:
CT State license, DEA, CSR (active or applied preferred) but not required
Graduation from accredited PA program or Nurse Practitioner program
Minimum of 1-year experience in Women's Health, ObGyn or Breast Surgery preferred
