*Job Type:* Travel Contract (13 weeks or 26 week) options with possible extension

*Travel Required: *50- mile radius rule - No locals accepted

*Required:*

*1 Years clinical social work Experience.*

*Will accept new grads with clinical social work experience*,

(AHA) BLS Certification, LCSW.

*Summary: * This person will need to be independent problem solver clinical social worker would be preferred and must have complex discharge experience. Must work well with the formal discharge planner on site and providing post care planning with the patient.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Temporary

Pay: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour
