Position Overview:

We are seeking a full-time Family CRNP for our office located in Beaver County, PA to provide the full range of out-patient comprehensive medical care to patients from pediatrics through senior citizens. We are looking for an individual who believes in making a difference in their community while working alongside other passionate providers. Qualifications

Graduate from an accredited School for Nurse Practitioners.
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a CRNP
Certified as a Registered Family Nurse Practitioner
Current PA License; and Current DEA License
Knowledge of Electronic Health Records
Ability to provide quality, comprehensive, continuity of medical care in a compassionate manner with minimum supervision.

PHN Rochester Community Health Center: 176 Virginia Ave, Rochester PA 15074

The general office hours for this position are (40 hours) between:

Monday 8:00 am - 6:00 pm
Tuesday 8:00 am - 6:00 pm
Wednesday 8:00 am - 6:00 pm
Thursday 8:00 am - 6:00 pm
Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

NO WEEKENDS
