An established ENT practice in the Minneapolis, MN area is looking to add a physician assistant or nurse practitioner to their team. The role is fully in the outpatient setting with a Monday thru Friday schedule offering excellent work-life balance. Candidates with direct otolaryngology experience are preferred, but the group is also open to training.

*Responsibilities:*
* Conduct patient assessments, including medical history review, physical examinations, and diagnostic evaluations related to otolaryngology conditions.
* Assist in the diagnosis and management of ear, nose, and throat disorders
* Perform minor procedures under the supervision of the otolaryngologist.
* Collaborate with the otolaryngologist and interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans for patients.
* Provide patient education regarding otolaryngology conditions, treatment options, and preventive measures.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in compliance with regulatory standards.

*Requirements:*
* Current Minnesota state licensure and board certification as a Physician Assistant.
* Prior experience in otolaryngology or a related specialty preferred.
* Strong clinical skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to establish rapport with patients and colleagues.
