Job Description: We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Registered Dental Hygienist to join our private practice. The ideal candidate will have a warm, friendly personality and a passion for patient care. We utilize digital x-rays and Eaglesoft software to enhance our diagnostic capabilities and streamline our practice operations. This position is open to both full-time and part-time applicants, with benefits available for full-time employees.

Responsibilities:

Perform dental cleanings and periodontal assessments for patients of all ages.
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive dental care.
Take digital x-rays and utilize Eaglesoft software for patient charting and record-keeping.
Conduct thorough periodontal charting and assessments to evaluate the health of the gums.
Collaborate with the dental team to develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
Maintain infection control protocols and ensure a clean and safe environment for patient care.
Participate in continuing education and professional development activities to stay current on best practices in dental hygiene.

Requirements:

Active dental hygiene license in Washington.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Warm, friendly personality with a passion for patient care.

Proficiency in digital x-rays and Eaglesoft software preferred but not required.

Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.

Flexible availability for full-time or part-time scheduling.

Compensation/Benefits:

Pay Range: 65.00 to 70.00

Bonus:Production Based

Requirements:

Work Schedule:Mon, Tues, Thurs 8am-5pm, Wed 8am-6pm (Can hire for PT or a FT schedule)

Years Experience Required: New graduates and experienced welcome to apply

Required Skills:Hygiene with digital x-ray experience, sealants.
