*Job Title:* Nurse Practitioner – Peds ICU & Transitional Care

*About the Role:*
We are hiring for the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) and Transitional Care Unit (TCUP), providing advanced care for critically ill children.

*Key Responsibilities:*
* Deliver high-level care in the 20-bed PICU and 16-bed TCUP.
* Treat complex conditions, including post-surgical recovery and organ transplant cases.
* Provide non-invasive ventilation (BIPAP/CPAP), anticoagulant therapy, and specialty post-op care.

*Qualifications:*
* *CPNP-AC Certification*
* *PALS and BLS Certification*
* Master's Degree in Nursing
* Minimum 6 months of PICU or Pediatric Acute Care NP experience (TCUP-only training available if no PICU experience).

*Compensation & Benefits:*
* Base Salary: $186,279–$244,976
