* *Role:* Clinical Social Worker, Professional Clinical Counselor or Marriage and Family Therapist
* *Shift:* Days (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, lunch 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM, Monday-Friday, no deviations)
* *Assignment Duration:* 8 months
* *Hours:* 40 hours/week (5x8s)
* *Float Requirements:* Yes, potentially three separate work locations within Fresno city limits
* *On-Call Requirement:* None

*Responsibilities*
* *Responsibilities:*
* Perform CalAIM assessments, diagnoses, and documentation.
* Develop treatment plans and maintain progress notes related to homelessness and barriers to care.
* Provide rehabilitation skills individually and in group settings, psychoeducation, symptom and medication management, and independent living skills.
* Engage with unhoused and at-risk individuals both in-person and via telehealth as appropriate.
* Complete WIC 5150 applications for psychiatric holds as necessary.
* Conduct therapeutic case management, including resource linkage and assistance with service/benefit applications.
* Perform psychotherapy in-person and via telehealth.
* Offer field-based, community-focused case management and engage with property managers and tenants.
* Support transportation needs related to case management.
* Attend housing-related meetings and remain updated on relevant legislation.

*Requirements:*
* *License:* *Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)* or *Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)* or *Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)*
* *Experience:* Minimum 2 years in behavioral health specialty.
* Experience working with unhoused and at-risk populations.
* Preferred: Travel experience.
* *Skills:* Proficient in rehabilitation and psychoeducation in group and individual settings.
* *COVID-19 Compliance:* Adhere to Public Health Department guidelines, including daily screenings and PPE usage when required.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $2,700.00 per week
