*Job Summary:*

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Clinical Social Worker to join our team for a 13-week assignment. This role is essential in providing emotional and mental health support to patients while ensuring the delivery of quality healthcare services. The ideal candidate will work closely with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans tailored to individual needs.

*Requirements:*
* *Travel candidates only* (Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility in ZIP code 02138).
* Active Massachusetts (MA) license.
* Master’s degree in Social Work.
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare.
* Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) certification.
* Proof of COVID-19 vaccination (Covid Card) and a valid driver’s license (DL) as address proof.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $1,500.00 - $2,600.00 per week

Schedule:

* Monday to Friday
