Established 43 year practice that is seeking a skilled dental associate that is proficient in basic operative, Crown and Bridge procedures. The willingness and ability to expand into surgical and endodontic procedures is highly desired. Office is a fully operational with CAD/Cam CEREC technology and would train the new associate DDS on this. DDS would be exposed ot CBCT Technology which would position the new DDS to add implant surgical services which this office does currently. As the partnership develops, training in more advanced pain control such as IV sedation would be provided.

The practice has been in the community over 43 years, the new DDS would immediately benefit from the reputation that has been built over the years with the perfect platform to build their own reputation. This position is a partnership with a phased buyout to full ownership. Great location, centered in Kitsap County with easy access from all parts of the county. The physical building is ground floor with ADA access. Doctor has space for share office if a DDS wants to have their own practice, could lease the space. Space is ready to go.

Software used is Dentrix. Office has 1 DDS, 2 RDH, with the longest tenured employee at 26 years. #DDS1

Pay: $241,453.00 - $265,176.00 per year
