*Job Summary:*
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled *Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)* for immediate placement at our client facility. The ideal candidate will provide quality nursing care to patients under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician.

*Responsibilities:*
* Perform patient assessments and provide basic medical care.
* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
* Assist in minor surgical procedures and monitor patients' recovery.
* Accurately document patient information and treatment plans.
* Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
* Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.

*Requirements:*
* Valid LPN license for WV.
* Active BLS certification.
* COVID vaccination required.
* Preferred: Experience in Rehab Nursing.
