High Focus Centers in Pottstown is a premier provider of outpatient treatment programs for mental health, substance use, and co-occurring disorders. Our dedicated and highly trained staff develop individualized, comprehensive, and robust treatment plans tailored to meet each client's unique treatment goals.

Position: Counselor
Location: High Focus Centers, Pottstown
Salary Range: $50,000 - $55,000 per year (based on experience and credentials)
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (In-Person)

Responsibilities:

Facilitate outpatient group therapy sessions and provide family support adjunctive services.

Conduct 6-8 Level of Care Assessments per week based on program needs and standards.

Maintain one aftercare outpatient therapy group to support clients transitioning to lower levels of care.

Develop treatment plans by collaborating with clients, families, and colleagues within established program timelines.

Participate in meetings to review and discuss client progress.

Complete insurance reviews and related documentation.

Collect client co-pays as required.

Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Human Services or a related field.

Professional counseling experience.
