· *Two years of the following experience is required. IV insertion and phlebotomy skills. Conscious sedation experience.*

· *Two years of scrub and circulating experience.*

· *IV insertion and phlebotomy skills.*

· *Conscious sedation experience.*

· *RN license.*

· *ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support).*

· *RN license.*

· *Phlebotomist certification.*

· *BLS*
