We are hiring a Swing Driver for local deliveries. As a Swing Driver, you'll get a unique advantage by working across various routes, allowing you to explore different delivery assignments and find the best fit for you.

Pay and Schedule:

$28.50/Hr
Overtime after 40 Hours
Four-day workweek with approximately 50 hours/week and overtime paid at time and a half after 40 hours. (No Weekends)

Requirements:

Valid Class A CDL – Automatic-only drivers welcome! We’ll help you lift the restriction if desired.
Ability to perform physical work, including lifting cases of up to 32 lbs throughout the day.
Strong commitment to safety and excellent customer service skills.

What You’ll Do:

Drive a 45' reefer truck on local routes to deliver products.
Perform 20+ Direct Store Deliveries daily, including rotating stock, filling coolers, and stocking merchandise.
Manually unload products at customer locations with the aid of dollies and carts, with no need to run up and down ramps—our trucks come equipped with side lifts.
Move cases of milk and other products, weighing an average of 32 lbs each, delivering over 500 cases daily.
Work with primarily automatic trucks; if you only have an automatic restriction, we’ll help you lift it on-site!
