*Requirements of the Nurse Practitioner:*
* Must have an active New York State License
* Must be Board Certified
* Some experience with trigger point injections and pain management techniques.
* Minimum of 3 days / per week commitment is required.

*Schedule of the Nurse Practitioner:*
* This is a Full-time or Part-time position.

* The salary for this position is $130,000 - $150,000 / yr based on experience.
