US Medical Staffing LLC is seeking a dedicated *Speech Therapist* to provide services for *early intervention students*. This role involves conducting 30-minute therapy sessions and updating the students' Individualized Education Program (IEP) plans. The position offers flexibility, allowing you to create your own schedule while making a positive impact on young learners.

*Key Responsibilities:*
* Provide 30-minute speech therapy sessions for early intervention students
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
* Regularly update and maintain students' IEP plans
* Collaborate with parents and educational staff to ensure progress and support for student development
* Maintain accurate records and documentation of sessions and progress

*Requirements:*
* Licensed Speech Therapist in the state of New York
* Experience with early intervention or pediatric populations is preferred
* Strong communication and documentation skills
* Ability to work independently and manage your own caseload
