Requirements:

A current and valid Pennsylvania CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) license required

Minimum 1+ years of SNF/LTC experience as a CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) within the last 2 years, with no exceptions

Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association is required
