Job Summary:
As a Community Manager at AREA, you will be the face of our coworking space and sports facility. You are responsible for creating a welcoming and efficient environment for all members and guests, maintaining day-to-day operations, and facilitating a sense of community through high-quality service. This is a dynamic role that blends office administration, client support, marketing and community engagement to enhance the member experience.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Office Administration: Ensure all services and amenities are fully operational, including managing vendors and resolving issues promptly.
- Client Support & Onboarding: Assist new members with the onboarding process, providing tours and answering any inquiries.
- First Impressions: Prepare the office for the day, including brewing coffee, stocking amenities, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for members.
- Community Engagement: Plan and manage monthly community events, including member networking opportunities and social activities.
- Inventory Management: Oversee office supplies, order as needed, and manage inventory proactively.
- Content Creation : in hand with our Marketing agency we need to generate daily content to fuel our social media.
- Access Control Management: Ensure members have appropriate access to the facility through our access control system.
- Member IT & Wifi Support: Provide assistance with basic IT or wifi issues, ensuring no task is too big or small.
- Scheduling Tours: Conduct tours for prospective clients and explain the benefits of AREA’s flexible coworking solutions.
- Mailroom Management: Manage mail and courier systems, ensuring all parcels and mail are properly received, sorted, and organized.
- Local Resource Expert: Know and recommend local services such as restaurants, catering, supply stores, and team outing venues.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- College graduate with a four-year degree preferred, but not required.
- Customer service and/or sales experience a plus.
- Marketing background experience is a plus.
- Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Outstanding interpersonal and multitasking skills.
- Demonstrate integrity, dependability, responsibility, accountability, self-awareness, work ethic, and compassion.
- Passion for entrepreneurial communities.
- Passion and understanding of Area Centres mission and values.
- Proficient in basic computer skills.
Proximity to AREA.CENTRE : Ideally, the candidate should reside within a commutable distance from the City of Doral, FL.
