We are seeking an experienced Family Law Attorney to manage a diverse caseload, including divorce, child custody, child support, spousal support, paternity, and other related matters. The ideal candidate is highly organized, self-motivated, and skilled in advocating for clients both in and out of the courtroom.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle all aspects of family law cases, from initial consultation to resolution.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.
• Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and settlement negotiations.
• Provide strategic legal advice and guidance tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active license to practice law in Nevada.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in family law.
• Strong courtroom and litigation experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Must reside in the Las Vegas, NV area.
