Key Responsibilities:

• Handle all phases of litigation, including drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation.
• Manage cases involving construction disputes, contract issues, and other business litigation matters.
• Represent clients in hearings, depositions, mediations, and court proceedings.
• Conduct legal research and draft legal memoranda and briefs.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice law in Florida and in good standing.
• 1-6 years of litigation experience, preferably in commercial or construction litigation.
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
