Day-to-Day:

We are searching for a Litigation Paralegal for a small, dynamic law firm dedicated to providing exceptional legal services within the Personal Injury and Criminal Defense space. Experience with pre-litigation and litigation is a must. The position is responsible for all aspects of a claim and will work closely with the attorneys within the firm during the litigation phase. Prior experience as a paralegal is required, and experience at a personal injury firm would be a distinct advantage. You will be responsible for assisting with 15-20 cases at a time, handling discovery and pre-trial work, and going to trial as needed.

Must Haves:

• 5 years of experience, 2+ years of experience working within Personal Injury
• Proficiency in Outlook and Clio.
• Trial Experience
• Paralegal Cert or Associates Degree

Plusses :

• Spanish bilingual is preferred

Logistics:

• Full-time, Permanent Opportunity
• Schedule: Monday-Thursday = 8:30am-5:00pm; Friday = 8:30am-4:30pm
• Salary = $65,000-$70,000/yr
• Will have your own office and free parking
• 10-days PTO plus most bank holidays
