We are currently seeking an HR Coordinator.
Core Responsibilities:
- Provide advisory support to HR Business Partners, Business Unit Managers, and Leaders on various HR matters, including reasonable accommodations, background escalations, and Tier 2 leave of absences.
- Partner with global and regional HR teams to support people initiatives and ensure alignment.
- Offer day-to-day guidance to employees and managers on routine HR inquiries in a timely, accurate manner.
- Act as a liaison between employees, managers, the Reasonable Accommodations team, Employment Law, and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Employee Relations and Employment Law on sensitive cases.
- Maintain accurate case notes and track requests via centralized systems (e.g., HRCM and AskHR).
- Identify trends, mitigate risks, and provide proactive guidance to enhance the employee experience.
- Ensure high-quality service delivery that consistently meets or exceeds expectations.
- Escalate critical issues appropriately, leveraging sound judgment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- HR Coordinator or recruiting experience preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to exercise independent judgment and escalate issues when needed.
- Experience managing accommodation requests or related HR functions is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to work with multiple stakeholders and maintain confidentiality.
