The company is seeking a Financial Analyst to join their team, with growth potential into a Controller position within the next 5 years.

Position Overview:

As a Financial Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting financial operations by providing insightful analysis, cost modeling, and strategic recommendations. You will work closely with various departments to track costs, optimize financial performance, and contribute to the overall success of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct financial analysis and develop models to support plant operations, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions.
• Analyze and identify key cost drivers across manufacturing processes.
• Develop and maintain product cost structures based on manufacturing activities.
• Track, forecast, and analyze cost reductions and capital expenditures, including monitoring monthly financial results.
• Oversee capital project spending and provide recommendations.
• Maintain and manage the fixed asset system.
• Collaborate with cross-functional plant teams to assess inventory costs, usage, and variances.
• Perform ad hoc financial analysis as needed to support business needs.
• Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant financial or cost analysis experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• ERP experience, ideally with SAP.
