Are you an experienced and hands-on Manufacturing Engineer ready to lead process improvements and drive efficiency? We’re looking for a dynamic individual to join a growing and stable organization known for innovation and excellence in commercial brewing equipment manufacturing.

What You’ll Do:

• Spend 95% of your time on the shop floor , driving lean projects , process improvements, and quality initiatives.
• Lead capital projects and upgrades, including new machinery implementation like robotic welding and press brakes.
• Collaborate with a supportive VP of Manufacturing and operators to identify and solve manufacturing challenges.
• Champion continuous improvement (CI) by initiating and executing impactful changes.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5-15 years of experience in a manufacturing, process improvement, or CI-focused role.
• Engineering degree required (Industrial or Manufacturing preferred; Mechanical/Mechatronics also acceptable).
• Proficiency in electro-mechanical assembly , with basic knowledge of injection molding or sheet metal .
• Hands-on experience with lean or Six Sigma (certifications are a plus).
• A problem-solver who thrives on the floor, engaging with equipment and operators, rather than working behind a desk.
