You will work directly alongside the CEO/Founder to shape the business, scale operations, and drive growth. This is your opportunity to be part of something transformative, get in on the ground level with the potential to grow your career to limitless heights.
The ideal candidate has experience in the following disciplines: building and managing teams; deploying operational systems within logistics, hospitality, and/or fashion retail; implementing effective solutions to complex business challenges; budgeting and accountability for impactful projects; initiating and optimizing strategic/operational partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Optimize Operations: Develop and refine operational and logistical solutions to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Team Building & Management: Recruit, train, and lead a team of logistical staff such as order processors, delivery personnel, and administrative staff
- Infrastructure Development: Research and implement the tools, systems, and processes necessary to support operations with rapid growth in mind
- Vendor & Partner Management: Coordinate and collaborate with 3rd party vendors, suppliers, and strategic partners
- Financial Oversight: Manage the business budget, track the P&L, and make sound financial decisions
Secondary Responsibilities:
- Growth Partnerships: Assist CEO in their efforts to scout, onboard, and manage key partners such as sellers, participating properties, communications/PR firms, and investors
- Strategic Advisership: Collaborate with CEO to chart the course for a global expansion through GTM strategies, campaigns, service model refinement, etc.
- Compliance: Risk management and regulatory compliance
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or similar in relevant area of study; MBAs and seasoned entrepreneurs encouraged to apply
- Proven experience managing teams and making budgetary decisions
- Strong operational expertise, preferably in logistics, hospitality, and/or fashion retail
- Hands-on experience building or scaling a startup, small business, or entrepreneurial venture
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Integrity, trustworthiness, and the ability to work collaboratively in a high-stakes environment
- A relentless drive for growth and success, paired with a clear understanding of the risks inherent in startups
- Available for in-person work as part of hybrid arrangement—offices in Greenpoint, Brooklyn, NY
- Some occasional travel may be required
