Qualifications

1. Expert knowledge of GAAP and USALI Standards
2. Must be a confident communicator and presenter
3. Must possess excellent organizational and planning skills
4. Ability to interview, supervise and train subordinates
5. Ability to plan, direct, supervise, monitor and review all program functions
6. Ability to work independently and exercise judgment to resolve personnel and production issues that arise during daily operations
7. Ability to review and analyze written reports
